WHAT WILL YOU LEARN

STROKE SCHOOL

Swimmers work on developing proper form, technique, and efficiency in executing each swimming stroke: freestyle (also known as front crawl), backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Trained instructors provide guidance, feedback, and drills to help swimmers improve their body position, breathing technique, arm movements, leg kicks, and overall stroke mechanics.

The curriculum of stroke school may also cover starts, turns, and finishes, as these aspects are crucial for competitive swimmers. Additionally, swimmers may learn strategies for pacing, race tactics, and overall race preparation. The goal of stroke school is to help swimmers refine their strokes, maximize their efficiency, and improve their overall performance in swimming competitions.
